Waking Ned Devine (1998)

Elderly Ned Devine wins a lotto jackpot of nearly seven million pounds. The shock kills him but the news of his good fortune quickly spreads in his small Irish village. Realizing that lottery officials will only award the prize to the owner of the winning ticket, the villages conspire to split the money. This charming film stars Ian Bannen and David Kelly.
