Keith Carson (played by rapper Bow Wow) is a kid from the projects who scores a $370 million lottery prize. When he realizes he’s won the jackpot and the news of his massive windfall makes its way around the neighbourhood, people come knocking on his door and thugs try to take the winning ticket by force. Are your friends really your friends when you win the lottery?
