Finder’s Fee (2001)

A street artist named Tepper finds a wallet outside his New York apartment building and as a good citizen he acts to return it to its rightful owner. Then he notices the wallet contains a winning lottery ticket worth $6 million. At a weekly poker game, Tepper’s sense of ethics is put to the text. Will he give up the winning ticket? Starring Erik Palladino, Ryan Reynolds, and James Earl Jones.
