Lucky Numbers (2000)

John Travolta plays Russ Richards, a television weatherman who will do anything to get out of debt. His girlfriend (played by Lisa Kudrow), happens to be the woman who pulls the numbered balls out of the rotating bin in the Pennsylvania Lottery’s weekly draw. Richards teams up with a sleazy strip joint owner (Tim Roth) and others to rig the lottery draw. Mayhem and murder follow. Yet another lottery themed film based on a true incident!
