Aneesh’s first feature film, Searching received quite a buzz on its premiere at Sundance Film Festival and already smashing the box office collection worldwide, making a smash hit for Sony. The film centres completely on the cyber universe where a father trying to find his missing 16-year-old
daughter with the help of a police detective.

Chaganty who worked at Google Creative Lab in NY for almost 2 years where he used to develop, write and direct Google commercials. Initially, Aneesh and co-writer Sev Ohanian pitched the idea with eight-minute shot video to Bazelevs Productions but they wanted to do a full-length feature and that’s how Chaganty got his first film to direct and a film career jump. The film received high praise for its unique approach through smartphones, laptop screens, browser windows, and surveillance footage.
