Elliott’s Top 3 Of 2013 & Most Anticipated Of 2014

By Elliott.

Top three films of 2013:

Rush – drama as good as it gets.

Star Trek Into Darkness – a great take on a well-known story, as well as a good old-fashioned thriller.

Enough Said – this film didn’t get as much press as it deserved. A compelling and moving story as well as brilliantly believable.

5 films for 2014:

The Secret Life of Walter Mitty – I know it’s technically 2013, but I won’t see it until 2014. A great looking story and something that will speak to everyone.

Her – a great idea of a romantic tragedy told in the modern way, and raises great questions about what is real, and how you define emotion.

X-Men: Days of Future Past – because have you seen then trailer?! Best X-Men storyline with epic cast.

Mad Max: Fury Road – I have a soft spot for post-apocalyptic films and I’d love to see what Hardy does with the character.

Interstallar – I can’t explain it, but something about the teaser trailer sends shivers down my spine and leaves me wondering!
