Soundtrack 2012: Kelly & Victor

It was a perfect opposite to so much samey content in the cinema we are battered with time after time. Again, this is another lush looking film, while still showing some rough parts of city life.

Kelly & Victor meet while dancing and they fancy each other from the off.  They both have to deal with their own sets of friends and their dabbling with drugs and prostitution.

Based on Niall Griffiths’ novel, the leads are awesome with special mention to Antonia Campbell Hughes as Kelly.

Liverpool both looks gorgeous and depressing, it’s the main character in this film.

Kelly & Victor is a great debut for Kieran Evans.
