Bits & Pieces: God Of War Edition

God Of War

Here’s the brand new featurette looking behind the scenes of Missing Link, featuring stunning craftwork from LAIKA Studios and vocal recordings and an interview from the Missing Link himself, Zach Galifianakis.

It’s 1968 in America. Change is blowing in the wind…but seemingly far removed from the unrest in the cities is the small town of Mill Valley where for generations, the shadow of the Bellows family has loomed large. It is in their mansion on the edge of town that Sarah, a young girl with horrible secrets, turned her tortured life into a series of scary stories, written in a book that has transcended time—stories that have a way of becoming all too real for a group of teenagers who discover Sarah’s terrifying tome.

Netflix has renewed The Umbrella Academy for a second season. The cast set to reprise their roles include Ellen Page, Tom Hopper, David Castañeda, Emmy Raver-Lampman, Robert Sheehan, Aidan Gallagher, and Justin Min. Additional casting news for season two will be announced at a later date.

One night during a party, Adriana crosses the seductive and powerful gaze of Andrea, a charming and self-confident young man. They are immediately attracted to each other and spend a passionate night together. Adriana begins to think this could be the beginning of a great love that could change her life. They agree to meet the next day, but Andrea doesn’t show up. Disappointed, Adriana goes back to her normal life, but an unexpected breakthrough comes: Andrea is suddenly found dead.

Featuring an all-star cast of British screen favourites, THE CORRUPTED follows Liam (Sam Claflin), an ex-con determined to win back the love and trust of his family, having lost everything at the hands of a local crime syndicate run by Clifford Cullen (Timothy Spall). David Hayman stars as DCI Raymond Ellery and Noel Clarke as determined police officer DS Neil Beckett. THE CORRUPTED was shot on location in East London and comes from director Ron Scalpello (MY NAME IS LENNY, BOBBY), with a screenplay by Nick Moorcroft (FINDING YOUR FEET, URBAN HYMN).

The award-winning film Held For A Moment was created by director Edward Japp and actress Antonia Desplat, and was inspired by real-life testimonies and the experiences of close family members. This important film stars Antonia Desplat (The Durrells), Liam McMahon (Coronation Street) and Niamh McGrady (The Fall).
