Higher Learning (1995)

Reuniting with “Boys N The Hood” director John Singleton, this was Cube’s second film. “Higher Learning” follows a group of college freshman’s as they begin their first semester at Columbus University. The film explores some of the dilemmas the students face such as racially, politically and personally. Ice Cube’s character “Fudge“ , described as a “professional student”  is six years into his university career and becomes friendly with fellow students who have opposing views of the issues that affected America and challenges them.
