The World Health Organisation has called for all films portraying smoking to be given a 18 rating to protect children from exposure to the ‘last frontier’ in tobacco promotion.

Smoking. It’s a filthy habit for sure. But it’s also undoubtedly added a degree of controversial cool factor to some of the most iconic movie characters through the years (think Holly Golightly and her elegant cigarette holder, Sean Connery smouldering as James Bond and James Dean in Rebel Without a Cause).
