Universal Pictures have produced an exceptionally useful Gift Guide app for their official Facebook page, to help find friends and family the perfect DVD this Christmas. It works by selecting your loved one from a pre-supplied list of demographic options and a genre they’ll love.
The Gift Guide will then present you with a suggestion from Universal Pictures’ extensive and celebrated catalogue including titles such as Downton Abbey, E.T. The Extra Terrestrial and It’s a Wonderful Life. If you need a second opinion, you can private message a friend from within the app to ask them!
Everyone that uses the app can also enter themselves into a prize draw to win a Limited Edition Universal Anniversary Boxset containing 100 DVDs, worth ￡399!
