Cherry Skye just wants to skate, but the vengeful ghost of a killer has plans for her soul. Trapped between the wrath of love scorned and supernatural evil, Skye races towards The MurderDrome at breakneck speed. When she gets there there’s no guarantees anyone is coming out alive.
This teaser package contains footage from an overnight shoot held last Saturday (27th of August) for which the producers staged a roller derby bout and two gruesome murders in the rink.
Around 30 Skaters, Refs and NSOs (Non Skating Officials) came from 3 states and 7 different Australian Roller Derby leagues to be part of the epic night. 5 cameras rolled utilizing a custom built jimmy jib, custom designed skater operated camera rig, and a helmet mounted “Ref cam” to capture the action.

MurderDrome is expected to wrap shooting early October and will release entirely free online as a 5 part web series – release dates to be announced.
