Lowell Bergman (Al Pacino) expressing his thoughts and frustrations, after 60 Minutes fail to back him and Jeffrey Wigand (Russell Crowe) who ‘blows the whistle’ on a multi billion dollar tobacco company and it’s deliberate addictive chemicals in their cigerettes. Michael Mann’s film is a true story which is meticulously crafted, utterly compelling and was nominated for 7 Academy Awards.
