One reputable UK newspaper and one not so are reporting that the next Batman film (The Caped Crusader) will start production next year. Johnny Depp is very likely to play The Riddler and Christopher Nolan’s first choice to play Catwoman is Cher. She will play it with as a old vamp apparently and will be nothing like any other Catwomen.

Any comments on this? This piece of news sounds awful, but then if it turns out to be true it could be interesting. Most of us sneered at news of Heath Ledger …
