Ana de Armas Edition: Bits & Pieces

Ana de Armas Edition: Bits & Pieces – MUBI, the global distributor, streaming service and production company, has released the trailer for BAFTA-nominated writer Rebecca Lenkiewicz’s (Ida, She Said, Disobedience) directorial debut, Hot Milk, which will be released in cinemas across the UK and Ireland on 4 July 2025.  Starring BAFTA award-winning Emma Mackey (Sex Education, Emily), Emmy and BAFTA TV nominated Fiona Shaw (Bad Sisters, Killing Eve), Vicky Krieps (Phantom Thread, Corsage), Vincent Perez (Alone in Berlin, Boléro), Yann Gael (Gladiator II, 1899) and Patsy Ferran (Mickey 17, Firebrand). Based on Deborah Levy’s  Booker Prize and Goldsmiths Prize short-listed novel of the same name, Hot Milk received its World Premiere in Competition at the 75th Berlin International Film Festival.

My Father’s Shadow is Akinola Davies Jr.’s (Lizard) directorial feature debut and stars Sope Dirisu (Slow Horses, Gangs Of London). The film is a semi-autobiographical tale set over the course of a single day in the Nigerian metropolis Lagos during the 1993 Nigerian election crisis. The story follows a father, estranged from his two young sons, as they travel through the massive city while political unrest threatens their journey home.

Based on Richard Osman’s international bestselling novel of the same name, The Thursday Murder Club follows four irrepressible retirees – Elizabeth (Helen Mirren), Ron (Pierce Brosnan), Ibrahim (Ben Kingsley) and Joyce (Celia Imrie) – who spend their time solving cold case murders for fun. When an unexplained death occurs on their own doorstep, their casual sleuthing takes a thrilling turn as they find themselves with a real whodunit on their hands. Directed by Chris Columbus, the film is the latest to be produced through the Netflix and Amblin Entertainment partnership.

Directed once again by award-winning director Jon M. Chu and starring the spectacular returning cast, led by Academy Award®nominated superstars Cynthia Erivo and Ariana Grande, the final chapter of the untold story of the witches of Oz begins with Elphaba and Glinda estranged and living with the consequences of their choices.

In the action-comedy Heads of State, the UK Prime Minister Sam Clarke (Idris Elba) and U.S. President Will Derringer (John Cena) have a not-so-friendly and very public rivalry that jeopardizes their countries’ “special relationship.” But when they become the targets of a powerful and ruthless foreign adversary—who proves more than a match for the two leaders’ security forces—they are begrudgingly forced to rely on the only two people they can trust: each other. Ultimately allied with the brilliant MI6 agent Noel Bisset (Priyanka Chopra Jonas), they must go on the run and find a way to work together long enough to thwart a global conspiracy that threatens the entire free world. The film also stars Paddy Considine, Stephen Root, Carla Gugino, Jack Quaid and Sarah Niles and is directed by Ilya Naishuller.

Something Beautiful, the one-of-a-kind cinematic experience from visionary pop-music icon Miley Cyrus, is coming to theaters for special one-night-only screenings across North America June 12th and internationally June 27th via Trafalgar Releasing and Sony Music Vision. The official film trailer is unveiled today.

The original creative team behind that phenomenon—led by horror titans James Wan for Atomic Monster, Jason Blum for Blumhouse and writer-director Gerard Johnstone—reboot an all-new wild chapter in A.I. mayhem with M3GAN 2.0.
