Star Wars: Skeleton Crew – Trailer Talk

Star Wars: Skeleton Crew - Trailer Talk

Star Wars: Skeleton Crew – Trailer Talk.

The last video on Battle Royale With Cheese’s Youtube channel revolved around this year’s Disney’s D23 event, which took place over the weekend. However, one trailer that was released while I was editing the video was for a new ‘Star Wars’ series.

‘Star Wars: Skeleton Crew’ follows a group of four kids as they make an incredible discovery on their home planet, leading to an adventure of wonder and danger.

My interest in ‘Star Wars’ has decreased a lot ever since the release of 2017’s ‘The Last Jedi’. It feels like the majority of the shows and films have all stayed focused on the same returning characters of the original and prequel trilogies. However, the release of ‘Andor’ started giving me hope that the brand could create new stories with completely new characters, and ‘Skeleton Crew’ has further encouraged that hope.

With the show having kids playing the main characters, it’ll not only help get new, younger, fans into ‘Star Wars’, but it’ll also provide a new perspective into the wonders of the expansive galaxies in the franchise.

‘Star Wars: Skeleton Crew’ not only looks like it’ll be a lot of fun, but it looks like it will stand out within the franchise. Plus, Jude Law has been cast and, while his character hasn’t yet been revealed, it’ll be great to see him in the show. I had lost interest in ‘Star Wars’ but, with ‘Andor’ and now this show, my interest is definitely returning.

Megan’s taste in films are interesting: her favourite films are ‘Space Jam’, Studio Ghibli’s ‘The Cat Returns’, as well as horror films ‘Saw’, ‘Drag Me To Hell’ and ‘Ju-On: The Grudge’. When she’s not watching films, she’ll be spending precious hours playing ‘Crash Bandicoot’.
