It is all seen from the prospective of one lobby boy Zero Moustafa, who works for the concierge, Gustave H. Together they are going to live unbelievable experiences and survive incredible adventures. M. Gustave is played by the very talented Ralph Fiennes, so there is no way this character can be something else than a brilliant hero. He works in this extremely famous European hotel and he is simply a total professional in hotel services. He is charming, good mannered and well dressed.
