From the Koch Brothers to ExxonMobil, to prominent Senators and Justices, this provocative exposé unravels the layers of deception threatening U.S. democracy, laying bare the deliberate pattern of irresponsibility whilst showing how those who speak out against the industry’s reckless practices risk their livelihoods, and in some instances, their lives.
Filmmaker and political activist Craig Scott Rosebraugh, in association with Executive Producer Daryl Hannah, documents the impact of an industry that has continually put profits before people, waged a campaign of lies designed to thwart measures to combat climate change, used its clout to minimize infringing regulations and undermined the political process in the U.S.
and abroad.
