  • Cruz Has Gone Down In My Estimations

Penelope Cruz landed a role in the Sex And The City sequel after she confessed to watching the first movie 15 times.
Director Michael Patrick King offered the Spanish beauty a cameo in the upcoming big screen movie after she revealed she was a huge fan of the 2008 hit.
King explains, “It’s interesting because Penelope said to me, ‘I’ve seen that first movie 15 times! I put it on when I want to feel happy and I put it on when I want to feel sad.’ Penelope is a devoted follower of those girls and Mr Big so I needed a part and I thought, ‘Who better to play that part than Penelope?’
“But Penelope didn’t approach me – I went after her. She’s not playing herself whereas we also have Liza Minnelli who is playing herself and Miley Cyrus who also plays herself.”
    Wonderful…

  • I’ve Gone Gaga…

Sorry it has been quite some time since I’ve made a posting, but for the past two months I’ve been working on various projects that have been taking up all of my time. One thing has been hashing out a potential deal to direct (write, produce, etc.) a low (but not SO low) budget martial arts film and the other… is this…

It is an industrial metal cover of Lady Gaga’s “Telephone” by the band RIPTORN (who did the score for my feature film debut Psychotropica.)

I conceived the video, have a role in, directed, shot and did post production (in a record for me, 38 hours.) So, if you enjoy the genre and want a little craziness in your day, please take a look and enjoy!

  • Google TV

What the heck is Google TV?

The future of television? Films? Web?

    Gizmodo tells us.

    The official blurb?

Google TV is a new experience for television that combines the TV that you already know with the freedom and power of the Internet. With Google Chrome built in, you can access all of your favorite websites and easily move between television and the web. This opens up your TV from a few hundred channels to millions of channels of entertainment across TV and the web. Your television is also no longer confined to showing just video. With the entire Internet in your living room, your TV becomes more than a TV — it can be a photo slideshow viewer, a gaming console, a music player and much more.”
