London’s Tower Bridge raised its drawbridge at 6am Tuesday 1st July for Toothless, the star of How To Train Your Dragon 2 to pass through its arches. Toothless the kite measuring  54ft flew down the Thames  through the raised drawbridge of the world famous landmark in celebration of the films release on Thursday 10th July.

The kite measures 54ft from head to toe with a wingspan of 36ft (bigger than a London Double Decker bus) expertly flown by six trained kite flyers.



The thrilling second chapter of the epic HOW TO TRAIN YOUR DRAGON trilogy returns to the fantastical world of the heroic Viking Hiccup and his faithful dragon Toothless.  The inseparable duo must protect the peace – and save the future of men and dragons from the power-hungry Drago.

Miller (Gulliver’s Travels), Kristen Wiig (Bridesmaids), Djimon Hounsou (Gladiator) and Kit Harington (Game Of Thrones), How To Train Your Dragon 2 hits cinemas nationwide on 10th July.
