All the way from Brazil is Beyond The Grave (Porto dos Mortos).

The film is going through the festival circuit with two international awards – Best Horror at the Arizona UndergroundFF and Audience’s Choice at the Montevideo Fantastico.  It is now heading to the Chicago Latino FF April 21th & 26th.

Beyond The Grave (Porto dos Mortos) is a very unusual horror that borrows influence from the spaghetti westerns and the experimental cinema from the 70’s. It is the first feature by Davi de Oliveira Pinheiro.

More info on this gem is here.  The trailer is below.  Enjoy.
