Good work Trevor. Great to see a that a short film can win a festival on the other side of the world, and a few months later be nominated for an Oscar. Luke Doolan should be an inspiration to all those budding filmmakers out there.

Also great to see 10 pictures up for Best Film – must be a new thing this year. Gives the academy a bit of a wider choice to choose from and accounts for a range of tastes.
