The Blackout Film Festival

Where have I been!? I’ve never heard of the Blackout Film Festival, New York City’s only event-inspired film festival, which returns on Sept. 19.

I’ve looked around and I have been told it has an unparalleled 90 minute program of short films centering on the theme: The Great Recession.
