I’ll look about a bit later, but I have been relaibly informed that Guy Ritchie left a meeting with studio bosses regarding Sherlock Holmes. He needs to reshoot a good (4 week) chunk of it.
Ritchie’s not happy.
The Lock, Stock helmer is filming the movie in London, with Robert Downey Jr. playing the iconic detective and Jude Law taking on the role of the super sleuth’s sidekick Watson.
A source states, “It’s disastrous news, but Guy has promised to fix it.”
Ritchie is now allegedly battling to keep the project on track for its original November release date.
EDIT – Just been told this is in The Sun.

Couldn’t have happened to a crapper filmmaker…I’m glad everything he does is a disaster…about time he got rumbled as a hack.

Lock, Stock was a very good film. The rest, well…
Let’s hope this one pans out right.

The most over rated film maker in Britain.. Its all about Nick Love and although i’m not a great fan of his style – Shane Meadows produces films of great quality… But idiot Ritchie gets all the attention.

Shane Meadows should be PM.
Some harsh words about Ritchie.
Mostly true.
